Cheering on the Family

A couple Fridays ago, my hubby and I drove down to his hometown (about 20 min away) to watch his younger brother Grayson's basketball game.

We have such busy lives but try to go to a few of the younger brothers games to show our support and love. It's really fun to watch the game and cheer them on!

Here's Gray getting ready to go in. He did a great job that night!
His forte is football but I think he does a pretty good job in basketball as well.

There he is again #14, in the red and white uniform, in the back.

On a side note, can I tell you how much I love the features my camera has? If you look that the picture above, you can see that some of the colors are different than the rest. It has this color swap function where you can pic which color you want to focus on and it will make the rest black and white. I love it! It makes for some artsy pictures without Photoshop!

Ok, back to the game...

Here's Sharon and I. His parents are always at the games supporting the boys. You can see Alice and Jim, Mackenzie's dad's parents, there in the back. They go to a lot of Grayson and Hayden's games. They just love to watch their grandsons play!

It was so cute, at halftime they had some aspiring cheerleaders do a little performance for us. Each year the high school does a cheer camp for young girls to learn the basics of cheer and then they perform at a game. It was really sweet to watch!

And here is my hubby and I. We had a really good time cheering Grayson on. Our team one! As you can see at the top of the post! 56 to 32. The bulldogs were ahead about 20 points or so for most of the game. It was difficult for the other team to catch up because they would score, but then the bulldogs would just score right back.

We're looking forward to attending Grayson's last basketball home game at the high school. It will be Senior Night and the parents each come down on the court and bring their son flowers. It'll be really special!
