Today I am sharing "He Knows My Name" written by Tommy Walker
I have a Maker
He formed my heart
Before even time began
My life was in his hands
He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
and He hears me when I call
I have a Father
He calls me His own
He'll never leave me
No matter where I go
He knows my name
He knows my every thought
He sees each tear that falls
and He hears me when I call
This song was really powerful for me when I was dealing with my parent's divorce in high school. The words "He see's each tear that falls and hears me when I call" were so important to me. They reminded me that God was always there to comfort me and He would never leave my side.
Have a blessed Sunday!

Oops! I just realized I forgot to grab your button. Sorry!
This is a beautiful song Brittany. I can see how it would be very encouraging to you during that time of distress in your family. Praise the Lord you and your family got through it! Thanks for sharing a touching song and for sharing a little piece of your heart with us. ~ Debra
Beautiful! Hope you have a great Lord's day. I can't figure out how to get the Youtube video in my blog, maybe DH or DS can show me. LOL

i love this song!!!
i haven't gotten the button yet - i promise once i get home and things are quiet, i will. right now things are loud and crazy with 5 kids from 3-9yo - but i'm loving it!!!
This song is so comforting Brittany. It makes me so sad to think of you as a young lady with a broken heart, but I am so thankful that you went before the Lord with your hurts and He helped you and comforted you. My favorite version of this song is by a new group called Voice to Spirit! You sang it so beautifully!
I love you!
Sharon

Beautiful song.
THis is my first week of joining in! Love it.:)
Wonderful song. My favorite part was:
He knows my name
He knows my every thought
It is great that we never need to explain things to God, he already knows what is going on in our lives.
Thank you so much for sharing this inspiring song.
Have a blessed Sunday!
Brittany,
