Today I am sharing, Lead me to the Cross, by Hillsong.
***Please pause the music on my side bar before watching the video!

Savior I come

Quiet my soul remember
Redemption's hill
Where Your blood was spilled
For my ransom
Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

You were as I
Tempted and trialed
You are
Te word became flesh
Bore my sin and death
Now you're risen

To your heart
To your heart
Lead me to your heart
Lead me to your heart

I like this song because it gives a basic call to the Lord.
Lead me to the cross Where Your love poured out. Bring me to my knees. Lord I lay me down. Rid me of myself, I belong to You. Lead me, lead me to the cross.
It's a prayer we can pray everyday in the morning as we wake. God, just lead me to the cross, let your will be done in my life.

I pray you're encouraged today! Have a wonderful day in worship with the Lord!

Also, I'm in the process of making a button for Worship and Praise Sunday. Be looking out for that soon!

Brittany I followed your instructions and I was able to add my permalink to Mr. Linky and it looks like it worked, but I can't figure out how to add a link back to your page in my post. Is there a book for blogger dummies out there? Ugh! I still have so much to learn!

Thanks for your help...I'm really excited to be a part of Worship and Praise Sundays!

My 7 year old son was in bed ...sleeping so I thought. I came over to your blog from a link on Sharon's blog. I din't realize that my son was listening along. After he heard this song called Lead me to the Cross he called to me. He said "Mama I'm crying and I don't know why. I'm not hurt and I'm not sad...but the tears are crying out my eyes." then he said "That was such a pretty song will you play another song that's not rocky but smooth like that one?" -- Well I felt like I should share that with you. I will stay here playing these songs for him a little while.
Thank-you. xox

Hi Elaine!

Thank you so much for visiting my blog! Oh that was so sweet that this song brought tears to your son's eyes. It's truly the Lord's spirit working through him!! Thank you so much for sharing that with me!

Do you have a blog that I can visit?

Please feel free to come back anytime!

In Him,
Brittany
