New Year, Fresh Start

Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! I finally got all of our Christmas decorations put away on Friday and it feels so good to have our house all fresh for the New Year! Here's our dining table with some lovely flowers my husband got me for New Years! Isn't he sweet?

Today we'll be leading worship at church, spending some time at home finishing up laundry and whatnot. This evening, we'll be going to Mackenzie's parent's for our usual dinner and a movie! We're bringing the movie this time and we'll all be watching Get Smart. I hope it's good. We all really like Steve Carell from The Office, so I'm sure it'll be good.

Monday, I go back to work and Mackenzie works and starts classes up again. It's back to the business of life!

Have a wonderful Sunday!

Pretty flowers and table! That was sweet. I have taught school for 20 years and I go back Monday too. I like to teach, BUT I like to stay home also.

Have a great day!

It really feels good to get our house back in order too. It's a fresh start. I even cleaned out our basement this week and donated to Goodwill. It felt really good to clean house. How sweet of your husband to buy you flowers for the New Year! I enjoyed your post on your niece and her 5th Birthday! What a special day for her. My husband goes back to work, oldest back to pre-k tomorrow, yes it is back to life! I love your signature!! Have a good day:)

How very sweet of Mackenzie! The flowers are beautiful. Your table looks so nice. Doesn't it feel good to get all the Christmas put away! I'm with you, it will be really nice to get back in a routine again. We're looking forward to seeing you guys at church and for "dinner and a movie" night!

Love you! Sharon (Mama)
